How to reserve a hotel room
Through the intermediary of the Amsterdam RAI Hotel Service, hotel accommodation can be reserved at reduced rates in the hotels mentioned below. As Amsterdam RAI Hotel Service works with more than 80 hotels in Amsterdam, from tourist class to luxury hotels, accommodation can also be booked in other hotels than the hotels mentioned.

Rates quoted are per room, per night, and include services, taxes and private facilities unless otherwise stated. If hotel reservations are required, please book online by filling out the enclosed hotel booking form. In order to avoid disappointment, early booking is advised. Requests received after 1 June will be accepted but special requests cannot be guaranteed. Amsterdam RAI Hotel Service reserves the right to book you into a similar hotel, in case the requested hotel is already fully booked.

Confirmation of reservation
RAI Hotel Service will forward a personal hotel voucher to the delegate only after receipt of the deposit. If RAI Hotel Service does not receive the deposit the hotel reservation will not be made. If cancellation for the hotel room is received in writing no later than 24 hours prior to the arrival date, deposits will be refunded minus an administrative charge of € 35.- For cancellations received within 24 hours prior to the arrival date, the hotel is entitled to charge you the first night’s room rate.

In case the preferred hotel, category or room price is not listed, please contact RAI Hotel Service. Aside from the selected hotels RAI Hotel Service has contracts with more than 80 hotels in Amsterdam and can assist you in making reservations in other hotels as well.
